Magister JFT collects no information concerning the identity of visitors to its website. We will only make use of the information you provide if you contact us via the website, for example by filling in an online form, ordering a product or sending us a question, and then only in order to process the online form, question or request and for further reference purposes.
Whenever Magister JFT processes personal information about you, this will be for the purpose for which you provided the data (e.g. registering your membership, subscription to an activity or newsletter or purchase of a product). Records may also be kept and used for the purpose of evaluating and improving Magister JFT and chambers of Magister JFT.
Moreover, in accordance with Article 43 of the Dutch Data Protection Act, information may be used for the purposes of police investigation if criminal acts are committed via the website.
The information is never passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to service your request, you have given your explicit authorization, or if we are legally obliged to do so. We may share anonymized data with our sponsors or partners. Of course, we take every reasonable precaution concerning the security of the site.
Magister JFT stores the data of her members for a period of 5 years. The storing of these data will be for the purpose of doing enquiries of activities where the members have participated in. The data will be erased after 5 years.
Magister JFT will only send its newsletter (which is published approximately once per month) to members who have given their consent to receive the newsletter. You have the possibility to unsubscribe at any time, by following the link that is provided in the newsletter.
If you attend events of Magister JFT you may be photographed. Selected pictures of the events are placed on the website. Magister JFT attempts to remove any embarrassing or unflattering pictures beforehand.
You have the right to access, rectification and erasure of your data (in accordance with article 35 and 36 of the Dutch Data Protection Act). You have the right to request Magister JFT to inform you whether and which data relating to you are being processed. Magister JFT shall inform you within four weeks as to whether (and which) personal data relating to you are being processed. Additionally, you have the right to request Magister JFT to correct, supplement, delete or block the data if it is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. We will at your request provide you with the information we have about you, make changes or corrections to this data, or delete this data from our records.
We would also like to point out clearly that all payments on our website are made using the 'iDEAL' payment system. We never ask you directly for your bank or credit card details.
